Neurosurgeon Warns Mobile Phone More Dangerous Than Smoking
Cell phone is more harmful than asbestos and even smoking– finds an award winning Neurosurgeon Dr. Vinit Khurana in San Francisco. The study finds that cell phone can be responsible for fatal diseases like tumor. Dr. Khurana, in his study warns the people about the possible danger of using cell phones. He also asked the industry to take immediate steps to stop the problem. The radiation from the cell phone causes the problem.
The steady use of mobile phone for over 10 years can double the risk of brain cancer. “It is anticipated that this danger has far broader public health ramifications than asbestos and smoking,” says Professor Khurana. It can be added that Dr. Khurana has received more than 14 awards in last 16 years. He studied about 100 studies on the effects of mobile phone use.
Dr. Khurana expressed his fear if the Govt and Mobile companies do not take immediate action, the risk of developing malignant brain tumor is bound to increase. To conclude, the Govt in the countries like Britain, Germany and France have already taken steps to circulate warning against the use of mobile phone especially among children.
