Moderate Exercise Reduces Breast Cancer Risk by 23%

Researchers at Washington University School of Medicine and Alberta Cancer Board have found that physical activity reduces the risk of breast cancer among both the pre and post menopausal women. The two studies have proved that regular physical activity can reduce at least 23% of the risk of the disease.
